“We were struggling with a pipe that was leaking from our upstairs kitchen down into our basement over the weekend. It had ruined our wall and insulation. We ended up having to pull our the drywall completely in order to get to the section of pipe. We were able to get it and stopped by turning off any flow of water from upstairs (this stunk on so many levels) and my father in law was able to help us over the weekend. Come Sunday night the fitting wasn't on just right and we still had issues which was when we decided to contact Paul's Anytime Plumbing, Heating & Cooling on Monday morning. I got a return call from their office fairly quick. When the tech was running a little late they called me and let me know right away. When he showed up, exactly on time, Chris Manning came out and was really friendly and used some analytical thinking to solve the problem we had. We still have a lot of work to do with drying out the section and putting up new drywall but very glad that Paul's helped us out so quickly and got the root of the issue resolved.”
