“I mainly dealt with Jeff at Rokmen. I met him after a disastrous experience at Bach Crawlers (Monument). I had to find someone who could look at my 2012 Jeep and see if they could fix the problems that Pete at Bach Crawlers had made. There was bad welding on my C gussets that caused the Jeep to have a really bad pull to the right, the bumper and winch were installed incorrectly (including bolts that were missing/not used, and there were several other probems that made it impossible to go offroad due to metal-on-metal contact. ANYWAY, Jeff dignosed all these issues (he is an amazingly good welder too) and between High Country (later) and Jeff, I managed to fix all these issues. It cost me a ton but mostly labor. Pete had completely ruined my axle with his buddy's shoddy welding but Jeff made it a lot better and I was able to use the Jeep as it was intended. I trust and like these guys, and will use them in the future. I have a 2014 Rubicon now.”

I couldn't be happier with the service I continue to receive from J&S. Dec 2018 - The alternator went out suddenly on my son's 2006 F150 on Monday the week before Christmas. Once again Craig, Dawna, Will and the crew worked the vehicle into their busy schedule by end of day Wednesday, identified the issue and got the parts ordered and installed by end of day Thursday. Not only do they all do great work, they treat everyone like family. While picking up the vehicle I witnessed a grateful customer bringing in a plate of Christmas cookies! That tells me a lot about how J&S does business. I highly recommend them across the board!”

“I just love this place! They are really great about moving merchandise and sending you texts about sales. The store staff is really helpful and the store owner is super awesome! I had a minor issue with an item I purchased and she took care of it immediately. The prices you get for selling are very good as well. It's always really hard to find good quality teenage boys clothes, but this store always has a decent selection. I can always run in and find something for my son. They are always incredibly organized as well. By far my favorite second hand store in all of Denver.”
