After I sent him the model number he was able to diagnose the issue and advise me whether or not the part was under manufacturers warranty (which it still was) so I ended up waiting for the Sears repair contractor to come out. The mark of a quality vendor is one who will advise to the best outcome for the customer. In this situation I did not utilize Jason's service because it was more financially prudent for me not to. Jason lost a job by giving me straight forward and correct advise, but he gained a new customer for all other future appliance repair needs.”

“The guys here are AWESOME!! I am a part-time hobby welder and treated myself to a Millermatic 212 about eight years ago. Needless to say it sits idle a lot of time. I was having some issues with the wire feeding properly so I called and they told me to bring it in. Once there they wheeled it into their test area, promptly pulled it apart, made some adjustments, and helped me load it back on the truck.
