“These guys are awesome! We are selling our home and we’re in need of carpet ASAP. We called them for an estimate and within 3 days our carpet needs were met and surpassed. We were scheduled for installation on July 3. They had a cancellation and called us on the 1st of July to see if they could come a day earlier. We had to work but the installers were at our door at 4:45 a.m., as we requested, and in a single day they installed all of our carpet. They also took the time to wrap our stairs not just slope the carpet over them. I’m beyond pleased with the price and the excellent job they did on our home. Give them a call, they won’t let you down.”

“I was looking to buy a home that reportedly had foundation issues. There was a huge quote from Rods Complete Basement, including 13 piers, and an engineer had also suggested piers to fix foundation, though only 3. Met with Brady Van Metre for 1.5 hours, no charge, and he proceeded to explain that foundation was fine and what was wrong was heaving floors pushing up walls that weren't floated correctly. Upon removal of walls, house settled back down, cracks closed up. Pretty amazing actually. Also turns out, foundation was in great condition, no issues whatsoever. Brady also reinspected at no cost, and gave great advice. I will never call anyone else for foundation and construction projects, as I was highly impressed. Better than a structural engineer in my opinion. Thanks Van Metre Construction!”
