“This is the best Costco in the state due to their ability to sell beer, wine, and liquor in the store. The prices on these items are great. If you're one to keep a decent stockpile of sub-$10 wine for casual dinners, the Kirkland brand wine is hard to beat. Their beer prices are also incredible. They frequently have 24-packs from prominent craft breweries for about 25% less than you’d pay at another liquor store. At this point, unless we are looking for something incredibly specific, we only shop at Costco for alcohol. Their $10 bake at home pizzas are also a hidden gem. They are HUGE and come loaded with toppings. They must be twice the value of heading to Papa Murphy’s.”

“The very first time I have ever walked into a store like this and I was so lucky to get Tiffany to help me. I was reading the reviews and her name comes up often as to how amazing and knowledgeable she is. She also has an amazing personality that makes you feel comfortable to talk to and ask questions that you might not otherwise ask. THIS IS WHY I GIVE HER ????????????????????. If I would have reviewed your store after going in this same store the second time in my life (expecting the same or similar experience) I would have given it 1 ⚡️ The first guy I talked to totally contradicted what I was told by Tiffany and even told me what I wanted wasn’t available because the package had changed. When what I asked for was right there in the case. Strange. After 10 minutes of my questions and his I don’t know answers I asked to talk to someone else who basically said Tiffany was correct but ended up selling me what I didn’t want. He said “there are several flavors” which one do you like. I said the flavor doesn’t matter as long as it is the same thing I bought before just in the new packaging as you explained. Terrible experience. I ended up calling your Edgewater store and talked to Trevor (because this was the only store open at the time) he completely explained what I received and most likely what had transpired. If these stores are all owned by the same person, Please make sure Tiffany and Trevor are recognized for their kindness and patience and most importantly their KNOWLEDGE.”

“My typical experience here at this Sonic location would not regularly merit a 5 star review. It’s usually a 2 star experience. But I’m not here to rant about that. I’m here to rave about the carhop I had this afternoon. Julianne (maybe Julianna - I got a very short glance at her name) deserves a MAJOR raise. I decided to use the app today to pay and left my house without any other payment options due to never having any past issues with ordering/paying through a company’s app. I placed my order and chose the pay with app option and got on to pay. For whatever reason the app wasn’t allowing me to check in - in other words I couldn’t pay. I kept trying until Julianna showed up and I told her I had no way to pay unless I was just missing something on the app. She covered it. She said don’t worry about it and started handing my order over. While I’ve never been so embarrassed due to a malfunction regarding a company’s app and their plastering it everywhere that we can use it to pay, I’ve also never expected that amount of generosity from anyone. So, hopefully the manager sees this...because they need to know that not all of their customer facing employees aren’t very good. He’s got at least one insanely great apple.”
