“Anthony at A&B Appliances saved my sanity! My fancy 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator was making so much noise, constantly, and loudly, that it was literally driving my family crazy. The rattling and buzzing noises were nearly constant and so loud that I couldn't even hear my children yelling to me from the other room. Funny, but if you gave it a swift kick, the rattling would stop. So we spent our days like this "can someone kick the fridge?!?!" But this was only a temporary reprieve from the madness. I had Sears technician out here 3 times to attempt to fix it. They gave me the run around with "it's the ice maker that needs to be defrosted", "it's not level", "it's your floor", "it needs to be cleaned"... nothing, nothing worked to fix this crappy fridge. Anthony from A&B Appliance Services happen to be the overflow tech that came out to attempt to fix the problem for the 4th time. Thank God for him. He was honest, helpful, kind, skilled, experienced. He did everything in his power to fix it and when he couldn't fix it right then, he did everything in his power to reach Sears Customer Center to get the fridge replaced because I had the warranty coverage and I'd had 3 service visits on this problem. When Sears wound't do anything for us (NOTHING! Sears sucks!), he was empathetic and suggested that we try one more thing. He ordered some parts and came back to doctor up the fridge with some mastic (sp?) all over compressor, metal backing, hoses, etc. Let me tell you that since he left our house that day, the refrigerator has been as quiet as it can be. There are days where I think, "wait, I haven't had to kick the fridge today! Yahoo!" It's been an amazing relief. FINALLY, someone cared enough about their customers to do whatever it took and go to all ends to make it right. Thank you Anthony and thank you A&B!!”
