“After having a bad experience at an exotic pet store Parker I found this place! I appreciate the bad experience that led me here. As soon as I walked in the door it was an amazing place! So much to look at and such a large variety to choose from! My daughter has been wanting a lizard and when she finally found the one she liked Savannah was incredibly helpful and educated us thoroughly on expectations and care of our new bearded dragon. She even walked us thru the store to help us pick out everything we needed to make this beautiful creature a great home! While getting all we need with Savannah the store manager, Eric(I think that's his name) came to our side and like a professor just loaded us up with even additional knowledge on our new little member of the family! Eric was ridiculously knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell how much he cared about the animals, us as his customers and just an overall love for the business! It was an amazing experience. I'll save you some time and let you know you came to the right place! My relationship with Rob at Kit Performance began when I brought my 2012 Camaro ZL1 to him for Air Lift 3 suspension. This didn't go without its fair amount of issues but what does in the customization world - right? What matters to me is Rob does whatever it takes to make things right. For instance, I had an air bag pop within the first week of having my air suspension and Rob addressed those issues promptly. He could've easily told me it wasn't an issue with the install but with the product and wiped his hands of any responsibility. He didn't do that. I think this example shows who he is as a person and how he means it when he says he stands by his work. In the world of car customizing you need someone like him on your side!
