The store itself made it easy to find some unique items in a relaxing environment. I always lose my earrings and had lost one earlier that day. I found several pairs and mentioned I was going to wear one of them as soon as I left. They took the time to clean them again before I put them on, which showed me they truly care about the customer experience. They had knocked down the toy and were playing with it still in the packaging. Yes, they loved the soft materials the toy was constructed with. Early Christmas for them!
