“After researching and meeting multiple vendors for a kitchen remodel and laundry room move, my wife and I selected Springs Home Improvement based on their current up to date licensing, business\client research and initial project plan. We had the pleasure of working with Chuck and team from start to finish. Our project manager Scott was great and always accessible and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Our initial project scope was a kitchen remodel and laundry room move. As with any major project, unforeseen issues arise. During the demo process, it was discovered that there was a major issue with existing gas and water lines in a column that was to be removed per design. Not only did they inform us immediately, they came to us with options. This project change expanded to include some additional remodel work in the master bedroom which they did at a very reasonable cost while keeping the project on track. Updates were always given and they were always accessible for any questions no matter how small. They also provide an online project management tool to keep the client up to date with all changes. We were looking to sell our home but that has all changed since my wife has her new dream kitchen and laundry room. We will be hiring them again to do our master bathroom remodel in the next year or two. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“A few weeks ago a friend pointed me to an ad for a used ICE trike on the RTS website. He's a long-time customer of the store even though he lives in Idaho, and he assured me that if I bought this trike from them I'd have a good experience. I was traveling out of the country but managed to get ahold of the store through a bad phone connection. They patiently and efficiently made the purchase work, despite the communication difficulties. Through a series of emails they then quickly answered some of my questions and helped me to understand my shipping options. Once I decided to have them disassemble, box and ship the trike to me (as opposed to having it shipped intact through UShip), they went into action immediately, shipping the trike out at the end of that same day. I received it a few days later and was blown away by how carefully it had been packed. The trike was a 2008 model but looks like it was ridden maybe two times. Nevertheless, the store took the time and initiative to replace all the rubber (tubes, tires, elastomer shock, etc.), the seat cover, and the chain. They also added a bell and a parking brake for good measure. I really think they could have sold this trike for the same price without all this, but it was clear they wanted whoever bought it to have a great experience. I got stumped at one point during assembly and emailed the store on a Sunday night. Within like 10 minutes I got an email back with the advice I needed. At this point I've lost count of how many times I've emailed them; every time they've responded incredibly quickly and thoughtfully, no matter the time or day. I would recommend this store without reservation and feel lucky to have come into their orbit.”

“The Clear Creek Church is a wonderful place to worship. The facility looks small from outside but it is huge inside. The main sanctuary is well furnished and cozy. I attended several teaching sessions in almost all the rooms in the Church. They are great for the purpose. The male restroom us clean and well maintained. My fellowship however was with the Congregation on the Way - a Messianic Congregation that meets on the Sabbath. The basketball court serves several purposes for different sizes of congregants. Just a great place to fellowship.”
