“Please visit Thai House Restaurant on W38th Ave & Julian! The NEW owners/managers/server-cook duo are amazing. Erica and Thomas took over this place late last year and have been working hard to offer high-quality food and service. I had been to the restaurant before, when it had different owners, and was not impressed with the too-saucy, not-super-fresh dishes (I'm a vegetarian). But I've been to Erica and Thomas' most recent iteration and it's sooo good. Last time I went, I had a tofu and garlic sauce dish that was perfectly seasoned, and the accompanying rice was superb. Plus Erica and Thomas are friendly and kind. So, as a bonus, I get to eat great food in good company. You can order takeout if you'd like, but I highly recommend staying in for a chat. And they have TVs for watching sports and the upcoming Super Bowl!”

When I was trying to switch up the alcohol flavor from what I usually get, I was given great suggestions and now have a new favorite ;) This is 100% my go to place, in addition to the service, I was stocking up here for a holiday party and they had everything I needed for affordable prices. The alcohol kept in the cooler has been cold every time which I appreciate! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Make sure you look at their front desk because they sell local handmade items as well :) I could go on and on about how well this place is ran.”

“I stayed here for two weeks, had no problems or issues at all. Neighbors all seemed friendly yet stayed to themselves. I came w kiddos and dogs, and everyone enjoyed their time here. Work staff was extremely kind and attentive. Very clean bathrooms, showers, and well kept lots. Gate access to parks, basketball court, and trails. As well as a gated dog run within the park. Conveniently located in the heart of Manitou Springs, this is a perfect location. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the incline, as well as daily visits from the local deer. Will definitely be back for my stays next time I'm in town! Laundry open 24/7 and reasonably priced!!”
