“This is not just a par 3, as there's several par 4 and I think one par 5, but it is still a great, easily walkable course. It is hidden and hard to find but for the price and what you get I think it's totally worth it. It's in the middle of a bunch of apartments and lots of people walking, but pretty flat, so you can walk an find your ball easily. Only negative feedback is the pull cart price of $6 is excessive. Course was in great shape.”

“This is most interesting. Prior to working with Jerry I checked out the Google Reviews and noticed some one star reviews. As a business owner myself I understand how difficult it is to please everyone, so I was curious when I called him. I had my eye on a Wenonah Prism listed on his website and no communication issues on the phone or website. I live in Phoenix, AZ and couldn't find this boat anywhere else, so I decided to take the 12+ hour drive to Denver. I met with Jerry at our appointed time, and had nothing but pleasant conversation. I come to find out that the boat I was interested in was a pricing error of a couple hundred dollars lower than listed on the website. He honored it without hesitation. He also helped size me for a bent shaft canoe paddle and gave me a great discount! I'm not sure what happened with the previous reviewers, but I had a nice experience. “I would 100% recommend Sun Power Energy LLC. Prior to getting any quotes for my project, I did significant research into home photovoltaic (PV) solar systems and had a list of systems, manufacturers, and designs that I was interested in and was very knowledgeable myself in the PV/solar systems. I got quotes from 10 different companies from Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Denver since home solar is a substantial investment; I choose to work with Sun Power Energy LLC due to Miguel's extensive knowledge of PV systems and his express ability to answer every question expertly. Miguel wasn't like the salesmen from almost every other company I got quotes from, he could address every curveball question I threw at him, most that I already knew the answers to before asking as my way of vetting contractors. He had experience will all the top manufactures, knew design specifics off the top of his head, and was able to provide critical insight which helped me select the best system for my location. I was able to work with Miguel at Sun Power Energy throughout the process of getting solar installed on my house in December of 2022. Miguel worked diligently to develop a system that would work at my location given the zero energy export constraints from my energy supplier along with my manufacturer and system efficiency preferences. Miguel worked through the 2022 material shortages and logistic issues, and he also worked through the engineering development during the permitting process to ensure that the system was installed by the end of the year. The system I chose with Miguel was significantly more complex than what most of the other companies were able to undertake. In the end, it just makes sense to work with an individual and company who truly knows what they are doing in and out in their industry. We ended up going with a 9.9kWh PV system utilizing SilFab and SolarEdge components. I would recommend Miguel and Sun Power Energy to anyone looking to get the right system for their home.”

““You should try a BMW X5M or a Trackhawk”, my last sales person at another store & brand told me, when I again asked what was out there that could replace TWO of my current beast SUV’s, with ONE. Too many cars, and too many trades, but he was right. Drove a few X5’s. Liked. Thankfully there’s several BMW dealers in Colorado, and after inquiring online at all of them, and pondering different engines & options, I got connected with James Yelvington at Gebhardt BMW in Boulder. I still wasn’t sure, but let him know I was open, either to the plug in Hybrid or a full M…crazy, as usual. James, nailed it. “We have a plug in demo, and a CPO 2022 X5M, BUT I also have—hard to find—an almost fully loaded brand new X5 M50i someone ordered, and backed out of. Same V8 as the M, but posher. Come see it.” I did. I loved it. And it checked the performance boxes I loved of the M, but in a posher more luxurious package, for…$25k less. James & the Gebhardt team, including Tomaso, and especially Ryan Ballweg in finance, were on point and incredibly helpful, with a complex “trade 2 brand new expensive cars for 1 new expensive car”, and even instantly available by text & email as I was traveling for work on the east coast. Everything was done, ready, wrapped up, they helped me get my 2nd trade to the store even on a busy Saturday, and have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Refreshing, after the last few expensive cars I’ve purchased and their dealers, to also experience how great the service team is here. Needed something checked out, and instead of “we’ll take a look and see”, even on a Saturday they had the Shop Foreman Jonathan to go for a ride with me to understand—no guessing. Live in Denver, and yes, technically we have 2 other stores “kind of closer”, but the experience at Gebhardt in Boulder and fun, easy 32 minute nice trip is worth it.
