“I highly recommend skipping the hassel of calling any other company. Their work is reasonably priced (definately on the lower priced spectrum) & warrantied, their guys do the work correctly the first time, and they are knowledgeable and professional. As an added bonus, their crew are all military. Let me tell you what happens when you don't call Plumbing Solutions FIRST! We mistakenly used Manny's Quality Plumbing for an issue we had at the office. The building has three units, so the public facilities are of heavy use. After paying Manny's $350 to snake the toilet, they then told us they needed to replace it at a cost of $850. Our buildings owner disagreed with them replacing the toilet with a Glacier Bay ($98 home depot special), due to its high commercial use, but they insisted that it was a good choice. A month later the toilet continued to back up. Manny's came back out twice more at a cost of $238 with a quote of another $700 to replace the toilet with a "wide mouth" version (doesn't exhist). In the end, their solution was for us to pay a total of $2,138 for a simple toilet replacement. Having this same work done with Plumbing Solutions was less than 25% of the cost of Manny's, with a commercial quality toilet, and done right the first time! Thank You Plumbing Solutions!”

“Richard painted the exterior of my single family home. He really made that place look good! I didn’t realize how run down my house was looking, it had been about 15 years since the previous owner painted the house. There was a lot of preparation, he and his crew found trim that was damaged and replaced it, they found little holes along the base of the building and filled them (this also helped keep out mice). They cleaned up after themselves, the house is looking great, and the price was quite reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer, will use Dependable Painters (Richard Matyja, owner) whenever I need painting. They also work on commercial properties.”

“This is a comfortable park for our church potlucks because it has the large oversized Pavilion to get out of the sun or out of the rain. There is room to run around as well as a playground and other amenities. It has lots of parking and lots of grass area up and behind the Pavilion. It is a quiet park and away from traffic, at least it has been for us during the time that we have been there from 12:30 to 4:30.”

“Royal Gorge Bridge includes a walk on the 1,257 wooden planks 956 feet suspended over the Arkansas River. As a person with a bit of fear of heights the swaying of the bridge was uncomfortable. There plenty of thrilling things to do however the incline train to the bottom and the tram were destroyed in a fire. The attractions are now Zipline Gondola Skycoaster Rock Climbing - Vis Ferrara Course Good day trip for a thrill.”

“experience is was great, just my luck 6 years ago my transmission blew out and on my to work i seen the Rivas shop and decided to stop and get a quote on price. immediately i got a good feeling from Bob shop owner. This man was honest and made me feel secure that i would not get ripped off. He fixed my 02 explorer that right now rides at 189k miles. Bob did such a great job, my father (also a mechanic) has taken 2 of his vehicles to get transmissions rebuilt. in recent events, I now live in PA, after many adventures, family road trips and over 140k since last trans rebuild, my old SUV had enough and the trans O/D planetary gave out! i took it to a local "transmission specialist" that truly has over charged me at $3,284 parts and labor! with Rivas i paid almost half the cost! What inspired me to write this review is that i called him From Pennsylvania for advise and he took the time to explain the issue, lecture me and provided helpful advise to help me understand and make wiser decision on how to pursuit the repair of the transmission.”
