“Update - I don't know if it is new management or just new personel, but the customer service has GREATLY improved. Counter help is now actually friendly and helpful. Original(1 STAR): Woman that mans the counter is not even remotely customer friendly. The gentleman is plenty courteous (her husband I guess). Unfortunately for him, I would emphatically suggest that they lose the contract. I have never seen a post office, let alone one on a military base, strive to do such a bare minimum in the service given and seem to barely tolerate their customers as this one does.”

“I would like to tell you about my recent visit to PIP and how my experience was at your office. I came to my grandchildren’s well check-ups (ages 4 and 9 months) to help my daughter -in-law, as needed, during the visit. It had been approx. 12 years since coming to a well visit at PIP. We were greeted so warmly by your office staff, we felt like royalty. I had a chance to interact with your office managers, Jane Gwin and Pam Klibbe, as well as your Human Resource director, Terry Rubin. They were all wonderful and treated us just like old friends!!! The medical assistances were terrific with the children and made them feel so at ease, the baby didn’t even cry when she had her shots! The real treat was watching Dr. Jerry Rubin at work. He is amazing!!! So kind, thorough and direct. I was amazed at how some things remained the same during the exam and how times had changed some of the questions that were asked. He treated our family with warmth and respect. Our entire family is sooooo grateful to be a part of The PIP family. “Quaint, adorable cabin in the mountains of Florissant. The backyard is stunning with a water fall coming down the rock formation, a fire pit, outdoor seating and privacy fence. Outside the gate you’ve got a path right up into the mountains. The rock formations are incredible! Also the owner has placed four chairs for watching the sunset atop the boulders. The interior is small but has high ceilings giving the place a cozy feel that’s not too small. There is one spacious bedroom and one spacious bathroom. In the main living area you’ve got a pullout couch and two additional love seats. There’s a full functioning kitchen with dining table and also an outdoor grill. Perfect for small families! It’s 100% worth it. Great family getaway in the beautiful Rockies.”

“I had given up on Starbucks until I started getting my coffee here. About a year ago caramel macchiatos started tasting bland, I think it was the caramel they started using. Then I started getting other drinks like white mochas, salted caramel mochas, or frappecinos but it was always hit or miss, and when they were 'good' they were still just okay. This place never fails me. Anything I get is amazing, full of flavor and you can actually taste the coffee. I actually like the caramel macchiatos there too. The staff is always great and it is convenient so going there is a no brainer for me. I wish all Starbucks served their coffee like this place.”
