“Great business. Key kept getting stuck in the ignition and they helped me replace the ignition lock cylinder. That didn't fix it so they told me to bring it back in and they got it all open to check the actuator which turned out to be just fine! In the end it was the key was so old and worn down at the end :/ I also had them make some new keys after the cylinder was replaced so those were all bad but they made me new keys after they found out the issue. Didn't gouge me on pricing and got me in quick as they could. Also they helped me program some key fobs for one vehicle and told me how I could find how to do it for my other vehicle's key fobs pretty easy instead of paying them. Any other key issues/needs this is my place!”

“Josh Case was my realtor who helped me find a home in Colorado Springs. When I first began working with Josh, I was living in Arizona. Josh contacted me after I had viewed some homes on Realtor.com. After meeting him by phone, Josh helped me view homes remotely via Face Time. It was a good idea, but we both found out that Verizon doesn't have the best coverage in CoS. I think it was so awesome Josh took the time to go view homes for me and show them to me remotely. I think since Verizon doesn't have great coverage here in CoS, it may just be easier to take videos and send them via email. Once I found some houses I was interested in, Lawrence and I flew up to view them in person. Josh was very helpful setting up times for us to see homes that fit our needs. When we found a home we were interested in, he also set up a time to view it and then another time to take measurements. Josh was quite attentive and responsive throughout the whole process of viewing homes all the way through escrow. He helped me through all the paperwork, and he never seemed too busy to help me. I think it was great that he didn't spread himself too thin between too many clients. I also feel that Josh was very good at communicating my questions to the seller's agent in a timely manner. Communication is one of Josh's strong suits. He is very clear and very expressive, and listened well to me too.I really felt that Josh was always available to me any time I needed to talk with him. I hope I didn't invade his private time too much! I really can't think of too much that Josh could improve on. One thing I can say that was not at all a reflection on Josh is that the seller's weren't completely out of the house when I did the final walk through. This made it difficult for me to concentrate on viewing the house, and so I missed a few things that I would probably not have, had the owners been out of the house. For example, the upstairs sliding glass door screen doesn't seem to slide on its track well. So far, I haven't had the time to check to see if there is a problem with the wheels. Also, the garage door opener needs servicing, but because the owner's dad was hanging out in the garage with all his stuff, I didn't feel comfortable checking the function of the garage door. The owner's 93 year old dad followed us around the house, so it was uncomfortable and very difficult to concentrate on the house. This was not Josh's fault. But perhaps this information may help set up the next walk through at a more conducive time for the buyer. I will recommend Josh to anyone I make acquaintance with who is looking for a realtor. The guys at Lakewood Five Star(O.T. being the point person I dealt with) quoted me a reasonable price on the repair. In the process of doing the work he also noted and fixed some leaks that I new about(and failed to mention). They also noticed the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced and asked me if it was okay to fix. They really went above, and, beyond. The repairs made a big difference in performance. Much of the time I do feel like I am being taken advantage of in the world of auto repair because I'm a woman...but NOT the case here. Everything that was done was done because I neglected doing it prior. To top it all of it was done for a lower price than any of the competition quoted me and with a one year warranty. “G and T has always been great. My parents used them prior to me and were treated well, they've kept up the same great service with me. They do very well at taking the car, looking it over and calling me prior to any work is done, with multiple options for repairs and only doing what I ask them to do. In a business environment where you put a lot of trust in your mechanic to hopefully find a moral one, it's nerve wrecking and an expensive risk. In my opinion you can rest your nerves here. I will continue to use them as my mechanic and suggest others do the same.”

What sets this location apart from the other therapy sessions I have had is that they seem to be able to unravel the whole equation of what is producing the trouble. I was referred to Body Inage Physical Therapy by a friend and someone who I trusted her judgment. Chris and her staff are excellent at evaluating your body to develop a plan to mitigate your pain and engage the body to give up the faulty protection it's applied in trying to compensate for the injury you sustained and didn't fully heal from. One of her first comments was that my daughter has so much in there that needs to come out. I love how Shayna realizes this and comes from a place of confidence in my daughter's abilities. She is patient and in each session takes the time to explain things that may be confusing and/or acknowledge what my daughter is saying and then help her put more and more of the pieces together. She is thoughtful in her approach and yet flexible with her goals.
