Seemed like a quiet spot to steal a break away from work or have a private lunch. Many food options nearby within walking distance too. 25yrs in this area and ran into it on accident. Who knew! “I came to Aurora for work and have been asked to stay. While looking for an apartment I have stayed here almost a month and here is what I see.. The management has taken over for almost a year. Everyday they are working on making it better. That being said they have a lot of work ahead of them. It is probably not a vacation spot, but if it is a must it is a safe space that is improving a little at a time. Just remember they are over worked and probably under paid but that has not made them not care. They try to help you if they can. I have had 2 rooms and seen no sign of any bugs. You can not come here expecting a Hilton or double tree but if you just need off the street or out of the car, it is a blessing to have a place that can offer a safe roof over your head, no bugs, a place to shower and eat,.a reasonable rate, and management who puts up with a lot to keep it that way. I would come here again.”

“I Love the members of the Church in Lone Tree! They were always so nice to me while I was there. I would highly recommend it as a place to worship and make lasting friendships. Everyone is welcome to attend no matter what your own religious affiliations so feel free to stop by and check it out. The worship services (called sacrament meeting) are held on Sunday and begin at either 8:30 am, 10:30 am, or 12:30 pm. There is also a sacrament meeting held at 2:00 specifically for young single adults. I went to the meeting at 8:30 and the ward (group of members of the church) that meets then are super nice and inviting. They'll make sure you feel welcome and some of them will become your best friends in the world.”

“Been a tenant for Invested at their powers Ave location for five years, moving out today and wanted to review my years here. The neighborhood is quaint and typical for a lower income neighborhood. Haven’t had any violent encounters with any folks in the area. There’s been some oddities but what can ya do. My neighbors were extremely nice over the years with two stable ones that I’ve grown to love! Apartment itself was nice for what I paid, some wear and tear but it’s an older building. Lighting is sparse but again, older building and it’s Colorado. The garbage disposal was the only thing to fail on me in the years I was there. So A+ on rock solid appliances! Maintenance requests were pretty quick and responsive. You’d use the portal to submit a request and you’ll receive a call the next day if it’s not urgent to service it. I did have a problem with electricity one time that took a bit to be resolved but just know there’s a power box Outside the building that also can be tripped. Occasionally there’s work done on the roof or property, sucks if you work overnights (me) but a necessary evil. Overall, property manager was behind the scenes majority of my stay. Out of sight but in sight when needed is what I appreciate. It’s been a pleasure staying here, hopefully it’ll be the same for prospecting tenants!”

“The guys at Peneplain Jazz are amazing. They played at my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary last night in Boulder, and we could not have been more thrilled with their performance. The music was the perfect style for our event, and the musicians calibrated the sound level perfectly, adjusting when necessary to accommodate the noise level in the room and allow for conversation. Also, Jerry was a pleasure to work with — he was very professional and responsive to my questions leading up to the event. I highly recommend Peneplain Jazz for any party where you want to enliven the atmosphere and make the evening special!”

“Clean and organized, they have a good selection of quality items, they have their own brand as well as main brands we all know. The only issue is that they don't keep it well stocked for specific sizes for example my size XL i was looking for a jacket and i even asked for assistance but they only had smaller or too big but nothing in between, i had to order it online. Other than that good service, great staff, they could also add more benefits to their credit card but that's just me.”
