I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants a once(for us) in a lifetime experience of pure luxury. The golf course was meticulous and playable for a high handicapper like me, yet challenging enough for my husband! The room was stunning, the bed and pillows were perfect, the bathtub and shower were amazing!! The restaurant patio was top notch and the entires premises with the lake were pristine! We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, they close at 7:00, but we did do the paddle boats, which was fun! EVERYONE should stay at least one night at The Broadmoor!! Wish we could have stayed two nights!”

“I've rented roughly a dozen rehearsal spaces in four states over the years. Francisco Studios has been my best experience so far. The building is 24/7 access, secured, and even has a covered bay for load in/out in all weather conditions - something that's very clutch in Colorado. We have a 20x15 room that has nice high ceilings and even accommodates some storage racks with space left over (four-piece band with stacks and keys). The rooms themselves are a comfortable temperature year round. Sound proofing could be a little better but has not proven to be an issue except for at peak times. Off-peak, we've been able to get very usable recorded tracks there. Oh, did I mention the bathrooms are clean? Really clean? Most rehearsal space bathrooms are awful - these are great. Some people seem to have a problem with the manager. I've never had one - he's been friendly and uniformly reasonable. He expects you to be an adult, pay your rent on time and live by the terms you agreed to when you signed up. If you have a problem with that, it's says more about you than him/the studio.”

As a mom to just one child, my biggest concern with moving was that my daughter would adjust to her new school well and make new friends. From the very beginning, my daughter waltzed into STEM and came home talking about how much she loves her teachers and the other children in her class. In just a few months at STEM, she has learned so much and her teachers have done a fantastic job at making sure she is comfortable. They also update the app frequently with photos and notes throughout the day so that I always know what she is up to and learning, which helps us to reinforce those subjects at home as well. I cannot recommend STEM enough and we are so excited to see our daughter's continued growth in their care.”

The owners went out of their way after hours to tow the car in and get my wife home. They had the car repaired and they even washed the car first thing the following morning! “Today the Pastor did Sermon in the Sack. It's the last Sunday of the month, where the children go up to the front and one of the children brings a brown sack with something in it. The Pastor doesn't know what it is until he pulls it out, and then does a quick sermon on it for the kids, and us. Today it was a harmonica, and the Pastor spoke on making a joyful noise. Speaking of joyful noise, today was also the 5th Sunday of the month and worship service is all hymns. We sang How Great Thou Art acapella a the end of the service and it was amazing. They have a lot of activities and group scheduled through out the week and month.”

“I have been to many other types of gyms and studios, and Barre3 is by far my fave that I frequent in the Springs. I started taking classes here through ClassPass then became a member within a month or so. After only a couple weeks of going primarily to Barre3, my butt has never been bigger (in the best way). I already thought my legs were my best feature, and Barre3 has only made them better. I actually have a solid core, and I actually LIKE my arms now -- both of which were my most difficult areas to tone previously. Workouts are low impact, but definitely full body, fun and done to the music and lights. Stretching and breath work are also included in each workout (only less so in the 45mins class vs. the hour-long one). The staff and community are all incredibly welcoming, and the instructors are very motivating and inspirational. The space is very clean, and they have amenities like dry shampoo and deodorant if you're in a hurry after class, but there are no showers. My only wish is that there are more classes each day. I try to take a class 5+ times a week if I can, but my work schedule conflicts often. Also if there are less than 3 people signed up for a class (like the 6am), then they will not hold the class. Although I recently heard they will be adding more to the schedule by the end of January, and there have been more patrons since the new year. Here's to hoping! I highly recommend Barre3!”
