Really amazing business practices they treat you like family, honestly better than a lot of families treat each other. I will definitely be bringing my car to Charlie’s for any work it needs the prices are amazing and there is honesty and integrity that you seldom see in any business. “After a very rough start and issues I listed previously, they have come back and fixed everything with no charge and been very response and diligent. There was obviously a communication problem between their front desk and the technicians. I am very happy with the way they have resolved this issue and will use them again. I have had them out twice since 4/5/21 to fix a furnace. The last time they did a "patch" but needed to order a part and said they would be back in about a week. It's been 6 weeks. Our furnace is not working. I have called 3 times this week to ask about the part and if they can come back and fix our furnace. Was told by receptionist that she would have to check with Tyler on Monday. On Tuesday, I called back and she said she still hadn't received an answer from Tyler but she would call me when she did. Called again on Friday, they are not in, and still no word and no furnace. They have been great when they have come out before, but very frustrated with lack of responsiveness to a non-working furnace. At LEAST let me know if there is a problem with the part and what our next step is. But don't keep me waiting another entire week with NO WORD. Frustrating. No choice but to move on and wish I had not shown so much patience.”

“Roberts Hard Surface Installation deserves a 10+ star platinum rating. Chad (owner) and his son Parker did an impeccable installation. They are prompt, professional, extremely talented, knowledgeable, have an eye for detail and EVERY inch of their work is done to perfection!! We had approximately 400 sq. ft. of vinyl planks installed in our basement family room, which has a large rock fireplace and wet bar that required complicated cuts. Chad also installed our trim, moulding and floor transitions; the work was done quickly, they are neat and well organized….and really nice guys. Thank you Chad and Parker…. you're a rare gem in the installation business, you are honest, treated us with respect, understanding and most importantly exceeded our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend.”
