The basket was a beautiful, delicate lotus design in rose gold that I love, but the prongs were just so dainty and soft that they couldn't hold their position. I tried explaining this to the original manufacturer of the ring, sent it back and all they did was tighten it, so the issue continued. I went to Snyder's for help explaining the problem and that I wanted to keep a similar design and rose gold aesthetic. She scoured the industry for a manufacturer with a basket matching the existing one and found the perfect replacement. The work was done and so far the new basket has held up well.
