“I had a bad experience at the Lakewood Kriser's with a very rude groomer that had me in tears after driving an hour across town to get my dog groomed, and when calling and hearing my situation -Madison didn't even hesitate and took my dog in to be groomed. She absolutely saved my day, and I am so grateful that I had such a nice warm, person take my dog in to be groomed. The quality of her grooming is amazing, and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog with her.
