“I needed my HVAC system replaced and called E to W and he came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at the project and had a bid emailed to me by Saturday night. The bid gave me 3 options. The original option I wanted to go with was a 16 seer heat pump but that heat pump was back ordered several months. Nate worked with his supplier to get me hooked up with a 17 seer heat pump that was available right away and only charged a few hundred more. He was very good about answering my questions and always responded in a timely manner. The install was done very professionally. He had to retrofit some things to move it to my basement but everything looks very clean and nice. Nate did a great job of cleaning up after himself. Overall I am very happy and would recommend East to West.”

Dr. Itano took a full hour to sit down with me and walk me through my MRI, explained my diagnosis then presented a plan of attack to get better. She is extremely smart, empathetic and I just can't say enough how glad I am to have found her to work through these unfortunate issues with.
