“There is so much that could be Said about Bear Cave Wrestling Academy, but I think the important things are these: 1.COACHING QUALITY - Ben Vombaur is TRULY dedicated to the kids he trains. He cares about them, and he invests in their life. It is important, ESPECIALLY for young men, to have men come along side and speak truth and encouragement to them, and I am thankful he is doing that for my boys. It isn't just Ben though, there is a core of caring coaches that invest daily in the kids, and that investment pays dividends in the young people walking out of the room's doors into the world. 2. WRESTLING QUALITY - The quality of the wrestling training is second to none. It is very clear when you are in this room that the PURPOSE is to get better, to wrestle at an elite level. From the drilling to the conditioning to the live go's, Bear Cave Wrestling is focused on continual improvement...something I wish we could bring to society as a whole. This room can point to successful wrestlers at every collegiate, national and even international level that came from it's mat...and many of them CHOOSE to come back because of the quality of training they get/got here. 3. QUALITY OF COMMUNITY - The kids in this room become friends. My 14 year old son has made some of his best friends in this room. My 11 year old son looks forward to seeing his buddies four days a week, and while I am sure he should wrestle more and talk less, it is a place where he can get better amongst people he knows and enjoys. They are young men, working to get better at the hardest sport in the world, and it is forging lifelong friendships. At the end of the day, there are a lot of options when it comes to youth sports. Where I am trying to bring up young men of Character, that understand working beyond their limits, and that understand that hard work IS its own reward, I cannot think of anywhere else in Northern Colorado that I would plant our boys. I can do NOTHING but encourage you to start TODAY at Bear Cave Wrestling Academy.”

“FLEXPEG Review.... I was reading AdvRider and saw these pegs. Thought thats a great idea! Getting ready to ride the 6 days of Baja with MSA. Senior riders need all the cushion they can get. (at least my thinking) Called Nicholas with Flex Pegs and we chatted and ordered the pegs. They installed quickly. I make a quick run around my yard and was instantly impressed with the cushion and the lack of hard impacts when I bottomed the bikes suspension. My buddy and I made a trip down to the Ocotillo Wells offroad park in SoCal before the Baja run. Riding a Husky FE 350S. The bike used to have a good bit of vibration thru the pegs, this all but disappeared. We did about 55 miles of all offroad. The peg position felt the same.(thats good) It's like yo have an extra suspension system. Going thru the washboards and whoops is definitely more comfortable. The communication has been great with Flexpegs. Thanks Nicholas Charlie Langdon”

“I was very impressed with this aveda salon. You might ask why this is one is different? For starters, I had no appointment, and Alicia could fit me into her schedule that morning. I was shocked but very thankful to get in so quickly. She is newer to the career field, but I could not tell because she was very meticulous in everything. I can say probably the best haircut I have had in a long time, if ever. Alicia took what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure my beard was even from past cuts. After the haircut, I decided to color why not. She took time to get it right. All the staff here are super friendly and great to chat with while getting a cup of tea hot or cold. I love the aveda tea it hits the spot. Along with the services I received, this business is a full service salon/ spa. They have massage therapy, facials, hair extensions, feet services, and many more. Go see for yourself. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely. I loved the see-through faucet handles with filters that was my favorite part and unique. Go ahead, go see for yourself!”
