Alice's Flower Shop

The florists at Alice’s prepared beautiful casket sprays for my parents, delivered on time and allowed me to pick the flowers for the sprays. They are wonderful to work with and I recommend them with no hesitation.

Received a dozen roses that were not satisfactory. Called the shop and they immediately apologized and sent a replacement bouquet of roses that was outstanding ! Thank you Chris ! Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend using them.

I've ordered flowers from Alice's flower shop a few times and the arrangement has always been gorgeous. Not only that, but the customer service went above and beyond during my most recent order. I ordered an Easter gift of flowers late and the earliest available delivery was the Monday after Easter. I ordered anyway figuring better late than never. Well, the day before Easter, Kathleen from Alice's flower shop called me. They had extra drivers and she noticed my card said "Happy Easter", so she asked if I wanted them delivered early. I gratefully accepted and the flowers arrived later that day just as gorgeous as usual. They even fixed the card so that it made sense to read before Easter instead of after (eg changing "There's no one I would have rather spent Easter with" to "There's no one I would rather spend Easter with")! Very impressive!

Wow...is all I can say!! I placed my order on line and it was delivered within two hours (maybe even sooner than that). The arrangement was perfect and looked exactly like what I chose on their website. If I lived in CT this would be my go to florist for sure!
