(October 4, 2018, 8:57 am)Ramaa was excellent and was the best experience one could have getting their blood taken. The wait was 3 minutes with a live waitlist in the waiting room. Easy to use tablet check-in. Friendly staff and clean. I hear all of these stories about other places where you have to have 40min plus. I was in and out in 10-15. Worth the drive from Danbury

(August 22, 2018, 11:59 pm)I had a pleasant experience with the service here. The phlebotomist that helped me was Ramaa. She was polite, patient, and friendly. I also appreciated how she took time to explain what she was doing and why.
