  These guys are the best. They communicate often. They make sure to put your car back to original as much as possible. Friendly and courteous, willing to go the extra for any concerns or questions. I would recommend them in the future!!

  I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Smitty’s. Beginning with the prompt and friendly response for my Honda CRV to be towed, to their professional, ethical, customer service-based repair services. My car was completed with attention to detail, according to Honda and safety standards, and in a timely manner. The staff at Smitty’s went above and beyond every duty to ensure that the job was done correctly, that I was satisfied with the repairs, and to maintain open and responsive communication with myself as well as my insurance company. Additionally, they consistently advocated for my rights and for the work to be done correctly, never sparing time or cutting costs at my expense. I will be a lifetime customer, and would recommend this business to anyone and everyone who asks!!!

  Anyone who has any issues with this place is honestly a pain in the ass that could never be pleased. I have been to several body shops over years and there is no one even close to Smitty’s. As honest as they come and make sure the job they do lasts. Anyone can make your car look good at the time and years later the paint peels and you get rust. I have seen there work years after and that is not the case. They do the job right and are very honest.

  My wife and I felt at times we left our Yukon in the Twilight Zone. We've had our fair share of auto body work performed over the years but no other shop has ever been like Smitty's. Extreme attention to customer satisfaction, friendliness, patience, nice facility, exceptional work, fair prices, timely results. Not only that-- they are closed on Saturdays but were willing to meet me to pick up my vehicle as it was tough to get over there on Friday. Have not had this experience anywhere else-- will be a customer for life.
