I was truly impressed with the service and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. Physicians here are extremely knowledgeable and capable. The key, though, is that they don't come in with a judgmental attitude. They treat like you a real person and are attentive to your needs. I'm thankful for the variety of services their office offers and that a lot can be done in one visit.
I never have to worry if I need to go to the doctors anymore for myself or my 1 yr old daughter because I feel like this place takes really good care of their patients. I highly recommend this clinic!
I have been a patient of Dr. Malik from before he opened B.F.M. I was elated that he finally opened an office of his own! Dr. Malik has a lot to offer the people of Bridgeport. He is down to earth and honest with his patients. He really spends the time needed to help his patients.
Bridgeport Family Medicine is a wonderful clinic. The doctors here are not only excellent but also very nice people.
I've been going here for several months now and I am very pleased. I've learned to always go into the Doctors office with what problems I have been having. Then I explain to the doctor what I've been trying to do to get better. Once the doctor gives me a few solutions to make things better. I follow through by doing exactly what he states for me to try. His suggestions really work. I love how we work as a team to keep me healthy. Thanks to Dr. Malik and his team for working to keep me in tip top shape. Best of all, I trust them.
When I call and leave a message, they always calls me back. I've always found the entire staff to be professional and friendly. I would ignore all the negative comments!
I was very pleased with my experience at the Bridgeport Family medicine clinic. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the clinic made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions.I feel like a real person there and not just the next patient.
I also appreciate the extended week day and weekend hours! A big thank you to all of them.
