I feel empowered and very supported by members and staff, this has been a life changer thus far in my fitness program. I've been training for 20 years and I've never worked these kind of muscles, and been so in tune with my body as I am now with the guidance of Ayra. Highly recommend this studio to anyone seeking passion in fitness and the need for building confidence.

The classes are structured so you can easily follow along and there are modifications of you need them. I’m so happy my friends introduced me to this community of amazing woman.

I'm proud to be a part of this wonderful place called Arya, and blessed to see so many beautiful, strong women every week. From aerials to fitness classes, you'll do things you never thought you could do and every day you'll get better. The inevitable flashbacks from when you used to workout at Club 24, surrounded by what can only be described as hyenas during mating season...hyenas that also don't know what deodorant or personal space is...will literally make you shutter and you'll question why you didn't join Arya Fitness sooner
