(April 17, 2023, 2:52 pm)After having an issue with my front rotors and brakes, I spoke to Al and he immediately reviewed the car and noticed that the parts were defective. After a conversation, he stated that the rotors needed to be replaced free of charge, which was great to hear. In this day in age where negative reviews are all people post, I must say this is probably one of the best customer experiences I've ever had involving this type of work. Thank you Mohawk and thank you Al for the great work you and your team do.
