He explained how to replace, but offered to change it for her as she was rushing to work. And that's even though he was heading out for lunch! So 10 minutes after walking in the store she purchased a bulb, had it replaced & wasn't late to work! Thank you Rob for helping my daughter out! We'll be back.”
