I felt supported the moment I walked into Jarosa Studio. Edel has created a genuine, welcoming, safe space to take care of yourself and to support those around you. Each teacher that I have had the pleasure of taken class with is attentive and caring, guiding each class with grace and positivity. I have taken five classes in my first week and I have no intention of stopping any time soon. I am grateful that I have found this sanctuary and highly recommend it to the community!

Amazing yoga and barre instructors in a beautiful space. Edel has created such a welcoming community! I was looking for a yoga class that was high energy but not intimidating - Movement and Meditation is my new favorite. Love this place!
