(November 23, 2018, 10:31 am)I visited Balise Hyundai of Fairfield looking to take advantage of 2018 year end deals. My eye is on the Santa Fe.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Joe who assisted me with all my questions. He is knowledgeable, professional, and didn’t convey the typical “salesman” approach that is usually experienced when shopping for a car.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Joe helping me make a decision. I can buy a vehicle from any dealership but found that Balise Hyundai offers affordability and someone reliable like Joe who demonstrates quality customer service.
This is a big purchase for me and glad Joe will help make the process seamless. -

You could tell he really enjoyed his job which made purchasing off him a very good experience! I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone! In my eyes he was the most approachable person in the store and believe this man deserves a raise! Thank you have a nice day!

They are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I felt confident in my purchasing decision. Everything went smooth and in a very timely fashion. I felt bad, i had so many questions. They answered them all and were very patient with me. Thanks so much Danny and Rob! I will be back before Christmas for my daughter's car. I am so happy with my car! I absolutely love it! This dealership rocks!
