The owners are great people and charge a fair rental rate for trainers and very reasonable rates to the clients. The gym has all you need to get an excellent workout, stretch, or aerobic session. They are open 24/7 which is convenient. If you are looking for a fun, low key gym to exercise Greenwich Fitness is the place.
