  First bought one item on The Local Vault. It was absurdly cheap and came perfectly packed. But then I started shopping there almost daily, trying to fill a new house with needed items, and Nicole Drasdis from the logistics department contacted me about consolidating shipping costs to my area. The shipping can be a bit high for individual items, but Nicole worked on my behalf and consolidated my shipments saving me countless thousands of dollars. Everything is as described, but their real secret is that they have an outstanding staff behind the inventory. No matter how good the item, if you don't have employees like Nicole, and also Samantha Curtis (in the Warehouse), you have a bad operation. The LV's support team is what will keep me shopping there. They are kind, efficient, and honest. Highest rating I could give to any shopping experience, including full retail brick and mortar showrooms. I'm in the design business, so I've dealt with a lot of not-so-helpful professionals in the design trade. The Local Vault is now my first go-to for any project I may have in the future.

  I have been a devoted customer since 2015. From the beginning, I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I find their consignments are extremely well vetted and fairly priced. I have scored so many amazing pieces at The Local Vault, and they have been my go-to for any of my furnishing and decorating needs. I highly recommend The Local Vault!

  I must take issue with the few reviewers who have posted negative feedback regarding this excellent website.
  
  To date, and over the past several years, I have made more than 25 purchases from The Local Vault, ranging from occasional tables to antique chairs, pillows, decorative boxes, brass andirons, porcelain dinnerware, and even beautiful coral pieces, and have successfully consigned several items for sale.
  
  My experience in all my dealings with them has been exceptional: both owners and staff have shown me nothing except courtesy, patience and professional service from start to finish, things that are often hard to come by these days. I would certainly recommend them as a trustworthy and knowledgeable resource for anyone looking to furnish a home, refresh its decor, or sell any furniture or decorative items at a fair price.

  We have been exceptionally pleased with The Local Vault and have purchased a number of "one of a kind" furniture pieces for our home - the quality of the merchandise is outstanding, prices are dramatically less than any bricks and mortar store and we have come to really appreciate the services that TLV provides with their attention to every detail. Patrice and Betsy are delightful to work with and they go out of their way to help you either sell or find that special item you are searching for. The Local Vault has exceeded our every expectation!
