I did my car's B1 service maintenance here. They have completed the recommended B1 service for my GLC300. The price was reasonable (cheaper than what dealer would charge me).
Peter also suggested me some other services that needed for car driven over 20K miles (brake fluids and injection fluid). I feel he is honest. I will probably come again.

I’m a single mom and getting good car service without getting taken advantage of can be overwhelming. I run a small business where I need the use of my car regularly mostly in the OG cos cob riverside areas. I have religiously brought my car to to Soundview for the last 6 years and have built a report with Pete the owner, Joe, Arturo and others there. I trust them to give me solid advice and they have always gone above and beyond to help me in whatever way I needed. They are an honest and hard working group of individuals who care about their customers. Excellent experience with Soundview Service Center. They communicate repairs needed and cost, offer options, then check-in during the repair (for overnight jobs), and review the work and charges before handing you the bill. Great crew I highly recommend.

Soundview does a great job! Always transparent, well priced and even willing to drive me back home if need be. Joe and team are very nice and knowledgeable, highly recommend.

For a tuneup I'd been used to spending over a grand at the dealership in Darien, months to schedule ahead of time, long turnaround. With Joe, Pete and Phil, lightning speed and extreme diligence, and for a price so much lower than expected I then go buy my wife something nice. To have mechanics you can trust is a precious thing, and if that sounds more appealing to you than being fleeced at the dealership, definitely pay Soundview Service Center North a visit.
