First visit to Westmed Urgent Care and a very positive one. I was lucky not to have a long wait before being seen. All medical professionals and office staff were very attentive. A+

Dr Ortiz and his nurse couldn’t have been any better at handling my overly dramatic daughter. They were a delight, but also handled everything better than most might. Dr Ortiz was very clear and succinct in explaining everything she needed.

Very friendly doctor and staff. The wait time was a little long but well worth it. My mom got a chest x-ray right away and ruled out pneumonia. Dr. Stevens bedside manner was awesome. Gave my mom so much comfort and relief.

Front desk was very kind and knowledgeable they attended me fast and worked with me. Helping me and making my check in for both my girls fast and smooth. Wait time wasn’t as long as I thought. Once in my room i was greeted with kindness and my girls were practically in and out. Thank you to the urgent care staff for giving me and daughters great health care service.
