  Associated Appliance is the best small business in the area if you are looking. They owners ,repair people and all the service people are awesome. I bought A dishwasher and washer and dryer recently and it was delivered and installed promptly and professionally. Neat and clean when they were done. Thanks and good job

  Best appliance dealer ever. Customer service is king when buying an appliance. I learned this the hard way after years of buying at big box stores. We went through 2 refrigerators and 2 washers in 10 years from Home Depot. It was time to find a local business to spend my money with and Associated Appliance fit the bill. I got a GREAT deal on a Frigidaire Pro. It was delivered and set up professionally AND on time! A year and a half later we had an issue with the freezer and doors. Seems the unit just shifted but David Pia (owner) sent a repairman out who adjusted the doors so they close when my kids are too weak or forgetful to shut the darn doors. The repairPERSON also found something blocking the freezer (kids again because it is too hard to put the ice cream away correctly). There should have been a charge for this service call but I got a courtesy pass as it was the first time i ever had an issue. That said... Mr. Pia, the dishwasher is fading fast. Next good sale/deal/rebate give me a call.

  In response to Laurie Giff - For some reason I can't log in for the owner's reply, so I have to do it as a separate post.
  Maybe you are unaware of the facts as they pertain to "your friend".
  She called me because the water line in her house, part of her plumbing, broke and she had a flood. We had installed her new refrigerator 3 1/2 YEARS AGO, and connected to HER EXISTING WATER LINE which was fine at the time, and has been for 3 1/2 YEARS. Again, it is HER PLUMBING, and NOT any fault of our installation.
  As a customer service gesture, I PAID a technician, and for new copper pipe, to repair HER PLUMBING, which again, had NOTHING to do with our installation.
  I challenge you to find another business, who would offer a gesture like this. YES, the technician did write up the bill ($145+tax, not $190), and called ME (not Gary) as instructed on his work order. I told him that "your friend" had purchased her appliances from us 3 1/2 YEARS AGO, and to DO HER THE FAVOR of a COURTESY SERVICE, and charge her ZERO$$$!
  Please Note - we did not replace a part of HER PLUMBING that we had installed, we merely made the connection TO her plumbing, which was fine at the time, and has been fine for 3 1/2 years.
  This is NOT something that we did wrong, if anything, we went ABOVE and BEYOND to offer this courtesy. For you to get behind a computer screen and trash my 94 year old, 4 generation, business is, unfair, unjust, inaccurate, and slanderous.

  I am very careful with my money and was pleasantly surprised that Associated was actually LESS expensive than the Home Depot for the exact same range! Not only that, I paid extra to have stainless handles put on my white appliance-something that that I never could have gotten at a big box store. John the salesman was knowledgeable and polite.
