Joe came out to our house for an emergency call today (Sunday!) and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, honest and professional. My husband and I recently moved to the area and are so happy we met Joe. After today's positive experience, he will be the only plumber we use. He cares about his clients and made us feel comfortable. We highly recommend Aversa Plumbing!
Joe attended to our plumbing problem immediately and before the Thanksgiving holiday when our house was full of children. He had the supplies with him and immediately tackled two separate plumbing issues. Aversa Plumbing has been our plumber for many years and Joe is very dedicated to his customers. Called Aversa Plumbing around 7pm on a Tuesday night and left a message describing my issue. At 10pm the same night I got a text message with a recommendation to find a septic company to pump my septic system and clean the filters. The next day more advice came through from Aversa Plumbing that the septic was due and what the potential issues were. Mind you this was immediate response with zero dollars spent. I got a good septic guy to come out and inspect my situation. The septic guy confirmed everything Aversa Plumbing had said the problem would be and I'm all fixed now. So Aversa Plumbing not only responds immediately and at night, but led me in the correct direction without taking any money. In my opinion Aversa Plumbing is the most professional, timely, and honest plumbing company I've ever worked with. In today's times everyone is worried about getting cheated... with Aversa Plumbing you will never be cheated... you will only receive the best service and advice. I obviously hope I don't have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do Aversa Plumbing is the only place I'm calling. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. You just can't find this level of commitment and service in today's times... it is a breath of fresh air to know there are amazing people still out there like Aversa Plumbing.
Joe Aversa is great, I can not stress how much of a help he is. To put it simply we had a fairly large catastrophe on a weekend (almost impossible to have anyone come help you out, let alone in a very timely fashion the way Joe did). He not only knew the best solution for the problem, He was also doing it at an incredibly great price relative to what it might have cost us. He is also a really great local guy and worked very hard when I know most others in his line of work would have delayed the work or come back a few days later. Joe made a very hard effort to make sure our work was taken care of as timely as possible and for that we certainly appreciate him and what he does and wish that others will have the pleasure of working with him as well. Highly recommend and would certainly use him again!
