Skatepark is nothing special- It's quite small
The park is fun to go around though. To attract more people the town should make a mtb trail and focus on improving the skate park. Also whoever's skyline that is it's beautiful
Zip line and great soft terf.
This is one of the coolest playgrounds around. All of the old wooden equipment has been replaced with an updated design that's less splinters and more smiles. Enough little nooks and secret tunnels for kids to go wild. (Last I checked, the zipline was broken, which is kind of sad.) Additionally, there is a pavilion that can be rented for events.
Great getaway to spend a nice time with family and friends.
Dickinson is one of my favorite parks to visit. They have a modern jungle gym with slides and things to climb, a smaller version for younger kids and plenty of benches for parents to sit. They have a neat water pump that you can manipulate to change where the water flows. They also have large musical pipes you can play with provided mallets. There are swings and a zip line too. If the play ground isn't your thing, there's a fenced in basketball court, a volleyball court, a few baseball fields, tennis courts and horseshoe court. There's a few large fields for other activities. Over a bridge, you'll find another parking lot along with a covered sitting area and public charcoal grills. There's some more things to play on here along with walking paths that lead around the park. Also attached is a decent skatepark I've spent many long evenings at. It's a great place to spend an afternoon.
