  The good: Pretty opaque on what work needs to be done, honest and trustworthy. Customer service is very good. Decent fair prices and pretty quick turnaround, although they can be busy, and they aren't open on weekends. Not as good: I had to have the same repair done 4 times in 2 years (wheel bearing replacement). They didn't charge for the repeat work (neither parts nor labor). Still, I recently moved but still come back to have my car worked on here because it's hard to find a good mechanic!

  I own 5 cars, and have owned 100's. I spent 10 years in highline automobile sales. I know how good service works. These people have it dialed in. Always done on time and at the price quoted . They are a complete pleasure to work with, and really care about their customers and it shows. All of the details that go Un noticed by most people are fully covered here.

  This is my first-ever review of a business. But Newtown Car Care deserves my review. They have serviced all of our family cars for years without a single misstep. Always fair. Always reliable. Always honest.

  I just wanted to share my excellent experience with Newtown car care. This afternoon my son got a flat tire while driving my car. He came home immediately, was able to make it home on the tire and tell me what happened. It was just about five days ago that we had the same tire replaced from Newtown car care so I called them up to see if they could help me. I was home by myself and was unable to put the donut on the car to drive it over for them to fix. My son ended up getting a ride from his friend because they were on their way out when he originally left with my car. When I tell you that it wasn’t even 10 minutes later that Johnny showed up at my door and was so kind and quick to help. He put the donut on the car for me and while he was doing it ordered a new tire for me to be ready today because it’s Friday and it was already 2:00 and they were closing at 4:30. I got a phone call from Johnny at 3:45 telling me that the tire was there and to bring the car over and he would have it ready for me by the end of their business day. Johnny waived the fee for coming out to the house and there was a warranty on the tire. The outcome was excellent and I am extremely impressed with the service that I received today. Johnny was very kind and quick and helped me out when I was in a real bind! I give five stars to Newtown car care and will definitely be using them for my future car repairs and service. ????????????????????

  I caught a flat on 84 and happened to be right off their exit. I pulled in and saw they were very busy and they weren't sure if they could help me right away but they got me right in! The price was right and they were very friendly and helpful. It's nice to see that there are still places like this around! Can't thank them enough.
