Bob and his team are incredibly professional and thorough. We had an Home Energy Solutions audit performed. Honestly I didn't believe that for $124 they would come inspect the safety of my home and completely evaluate where my home was losing energy. When his team was out to my home they found disconnected duct work which was costing me a lot of money to air condition my attic! His team recommended attic insulation for my home as well. At first I was hesitant and wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money. I can honestly say my energy bills have significantly decreased and my home is far more comfortable. I would highly recommend them. All of the work was completed on schedule. The workers very neat and did not leave any mess behind. The best part was the rebate that I received back that covered almost 50% of the insulation.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Home Doctor of America. Bob has a "jack of all trades" handyman working for him. He overpromised and under delivered on the quality of work and he blamed his staff. Ultimately, he did agree the work was unacceptable and replaced our kitchen tile. We did have to go through the process of ripping out the tile he installed and hiring a professional to do the work correctly.
Home Doctor examined the attic and reviewed our needs and prepared a budgeted plan for us. We have enjoyed a cooler summer with the new attic insulation and expect a warm winter. All personnel wore booties and collected all garbage and debris. I believe it will be well worth it..
Home Doctor provided very good audit personnel. Then they did a wonderful job in insulating my condo. It is an old unit that had hardly an y insulation, and I was very grateful for their caring help. They were speedy and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
