    Gorgeous this time of year. Prydden Falls is worth the walk.

    Visiting from TX. Took a short hike here and enjoyed. Much different than being g in central TX.

    A good work out of a hike! There were portions of the trail where the markings were hard to find (if they existed at all) but you were able to figure out where to go and eventually found trail markers ahead. A fair amount of trees down from the bad storms/tornado in the area in May.
    The Prydden Falls were beautiful and flowed right into the Housatonic River. The falls would be a perfect place for a picnic during your hike!

    Nice long hiking trail through a beautiful forest. There is a waterfall further a long the trail as well. The trail full trail is around 7 miles long so it is a good place to go for a day hike.
