Not only is he acquiring a fit body, but he is undoubtedly leaning respect for others and himself. The kindness, compassion, and confidence that is instilled in each student by Master Russ and all the instructors is unmeasurable.

The kids learn many beneficial things including teamwork, confidence, and respect all in a fun and challenging environment. Sign up, you will not be disappointed.

When I walked into Extreme Fitness Martial Arts I did not know what to expect from the people there or from myself. I find that I am growing as a person in self respect, love and respect for others and in awareness of everything around me. What a life changing experience to have with people who exude the utmost of excellence in everyday living. Coaches and students alike are family who are truly interested in pushing me to be the most excellent person I can be and I am proud to be a part of that!!

(February 23, 2016, 4:17 pm)A great place to workout. Never boring! Great instructors who mix up the routines so you're always challenged. You'll burn fat and gain muscle. Great camaraderie amongst the members. Instructors and students keep each other motivated and strive to be the best you can be!
