He spends the entire session with me and helps guide/explain everything I need to know to get me feeling and performing better. I am an athlete and a yoga instructor so having my body in optimal condition is vital to me and my career. Vincent has worked with me on multiple injuries (including hip bursitis, sciatica and disc problems in my neck) with fast results. His fascial release methods and manual resistance technique does wonders for me. His treatments are truly like a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank him enough!
