I find Dr. Bernie to be personable, caring and highly professional. Provided great treatment and advice on selection of hospital and oncologist for my condition. As result, I have had great outcome, and continue to have great experience in follow-ups with Dr. Bernie
I've been coming here for years and I just recently started to see Dr. Serels. He is a great Doctor and I'm fortunate to have found him. The office staff is very nice and although I wish I didn't have to go there, I'm glad I can feel comfortable my problems will be fixed.
I Had an excellent experience with Urology Associates in Norwalk. Easy to schedule appointments, and had very positive experiences with Dr. Bernie and the entire office staff in the over two years I have gone for routine checks up with the Doctor. Everything is carefully explained and one leaves the office with great confidence that the next steps for testing are thoroughly explained. I was impressed with how Urology Associates assisted me in scheduling some other appointment for routine tests. I highly recommend them for their care and concern for patients and setting a high standard of attention to their patients.
I have only had a great experience at Dr. Bernie's office. Never spent any time in the waiting room as always moved to an examination room so promptly. Teri, in the office, is always so helpful with getting my surgery scheduled so quickly. Working with Dr. Bernie is a breeze. He explains everything in detail, makes sure I understand the procedure, and what the outcome is expected to be. I would highly recommend this doctor group.
