  What can I say... wow! After we (stupidly!) cut our brand new couch when opening the box, we thought its newness was ruined.
  
  Kostas was able to work his magic and add new material to the damaged area and make it brand new again. Honestly, I keep looking at it wondering how it was done. It's seriously perfect.
  
  That aside, Kostas is a really genuine guy, he was always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and wasn't out to take advantage of us and our situation. He really wanted to make sure we were happy with the result.
  
  The team on the phone in the office were always a delight to deal with.
  
  I can say that this is the sort of service that you'd hope for but rarely find these day. We so happy. Thank you Kostas Upholstery.

  Fantastic furniture repair shop in New York, NY! I love the quality of the service and am very happy with my choice. The process from start to finish was easy and professional. Kostas Daflla was a professional sales person and the delivery men were top notch. The delivery happened without incident and the men were very professional and in and out quickly. I am more than pleased with my entire experience and will return to the Kostas Upholstery !!!Thank you for great furniture repair !

  Excellent furniture repair in New York, NY! It was a complete pleasure to deal with him from start to finish for my recent upholstery project. He offered a broad range of attractive fabric and leather samples, quoted a very fair price for the work, and delivered on time and on budget. Most importantly, the final product was executed professionally with the highest level of attention to detail. It is obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his work and in ensuring that his clients are delighted with the final results. I know I am.

  Great furniture repair in New York, NY! Thank you for the work you do keeping our furniture (new or antique) in tip top shape. We always know we can rely on you and your team when we need furniture repairs and our furnishings restored. The quality is so exceptional it is difficult , if not impossible, to tell a repaired piece from an undamaged one. We wouldn’t call anyone else to reupholstery!

  Best furniture repair in New York, NY! It’s nice to have someone available who is punctual, skillful and has a dedication to excellence such as yourself to take care of those issues. I don’t run across very many people today that are customer and detail oriented. So when I do I want them to know they are appreciated.
