  Great company! I had a problem with my double oven a week before thanksgiving. The one oven wasn't working. Anytime appliance came to check it out. The serviceman was very professional and well spoken. He called 1/2 hour before arriving so I could actually run errands instead of sitting home waiting for him for 2 hours.
  After checking out the oven, he determined the relay board had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the oven company didn't make this part anymore. I was getting a little worried because thanksgiving was around the corner. The owner, Chuck, called me to report that he had found a rebuilt relay board and could have it shipped to him within a couple of days. He was very sensitive to the fact that it was right before thanksgiving. He got the part and personally installed it himself, all within a 4 day period. He was diligent about keeping me updated throughout the process and made a huge effort to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!
