(August 25, 2018, 8:28 am)This is a beautiful state park located in Ridgefield. Lake Naraneka is a beautiful lake and it’s great for kayaking or fishing. A boat launch is located in the Park next to the parking area, which is very nice. There are also multiple trails which encircle the lake and climb the hill behind the lake. They are well maintained trails. Bring bug spray if you go late in the day! The mosquitoes were quite nasty late in the day, although there were none when we’ve come earlier in the day. This is a very nice park, and Ridgefield is lucky to have it.
