Maycole (The Tile Shop-Duoro) is professional, talented, knowledgeable and goes up and beyond normal customer service. The product selection is extensive, high quality and beautiful and is nicely displayed in a pleasant setting that provides several lighting options. Maria (Duoro Granite) provided the same level of professionalism, expertise, customer service and knowledge. Anyone who has ever gone through new construction and/or renovation knows how stressful, confusing, expensive and difficult it can be especially without a professional designer. Everyone at both of the Douro shops made this portion of our kitchen renovation pleasant and easy while providing design advice and process guidance.
