  Unbelievable experience sent in a Ilead and from the start very professional but not aggressive. Jack was awesome very articulate and knowledgeable asked the right questions and put us on the right car. I’m in business while I was given the utmost respect Jack at all time guided us through the process. Melanie was amazing in Finance again not aggressive but informative along the way , very prepared young lady. Tyler was magnificent with educating us on the X3 I think I learned more about any vehicle I have ever driven or sold myself ! Highly recommend this dealership 100% the BEST I’ve ever seen !

  Always so accommodating prompt and professional. I'm a regular with my oil changes very reasonable pricing. Been coming here for years, very happy At this location. And my salesman Bob Mahoney.

  Have been taking my car to BMW of Ridgefield for years now and never have any complaints. I recently visited due to a recall and the service advisor Morgan was friendly and helpful. My technician Sean was very knowledgeable and informatve. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. The facility was amazing and very clean. I highly recommend BMW of Ridgefield.

  I purchased my second car in 2 years through BMW of Ridgefield, specifically working with Chris Quaglio. First class in the customer service department. There was never an 'uncomfortable' moment in there. Quick and easy transaction. I was in and out with the car in the same day. Can we make it 3 cars in 3 years? ;)
