  Just moved in this past weekend and I absolutely love the place. The grounds are kept very well and makes feels like you are living in a suburb. The move in process was very easy and the leasing staff (especially Robyn) was there to help every step of the way.
  
  The building is just a short walk from all the restaurants and bars in down town as well as a short drive to the train station.
  
  Would highly recommend for anyone looking to move to Stamford.

  What a wonderful place to call home. Not only is the staff amazing, but the amenities are well beyond what is advertised. Extremely pet friendly, including a dog run/play area as well as pet clean up stations. NO BUGS :) (lived here for almost 2 years), attentive staff, beautiful pool in the summer and a great area for grilling and outdoor eating. They really make this apartment building feel like a home. Not to mention, the building has a great community on it's own. Robyn and the entire team at Eaves are so helpful, so if your looking for an apt in Stamford, don't hesitate to give them a call.

  Honest Review from a new tenant.
  
  1. Leasing staff: Fantastic. Both Robyn & Ewa are extremely helpful & courteous.
  2. Amenities: Gym/Pool/Coffee machine in the lobby. Definitely adequate for a working individual.
  3. Parking: The place comes with 1 assigned parking spot. Street parking is very difficult if you can’t obtain a second spot.
  4. Location: I’ve felt safe walking around the immediate neighborhood but I’m also a mid twenties male so my outlook may be biased. Great bars & restaurants all within a very short drive. Close to I95 and harbor point as well.
  5. Room: My roommate and I love our room. All the appliances work great. Showers have good water pressure and I have yet to be disturbed by neighbors.
  6. Building: Hallways could use a remodeling, but they aren’t terrible by any means. Having trash rooms on each floor is fantastic. Grounds are kept clean & neat by staff.
  Community: I haven’t really met other tenants yet but everyone seems nice so far.

  I moved into a 1 bedroom here in June with my girlfriend and so far it has been great! Everything is new and clean, it is in a great location (only about a 10 minute walk from downtown), and we have been enjoying the awesome amenities such as the pool and gym on a daily basis.
  In addition to the wonderful amenities, the staff has been amazing. Robyn is the best! My girlfriend and I moved here from San Diego and she has helped us out every step of the way. From selecting the right apartment within the complex while we were still in San Diego, to walking us through all the paperwork, to just being there for any general questions we’ve had since we moved in, she has always had a smile on her face and made sure everything was perfect for us. Also, Mauricio has been a great help and is always very friendly. He is one of the maintenance workers here and because the office was closed on our move in day, he took it upon himself to show us around the entire complex and to our apartment. In addition, Mauricio and the rest of the maintenance team have been extremely quick to respond to any maintenance requests and have always been able to fix the issue promptly.
  We have only lived here a couple of months, but the Eaves has exceeded my expectations so far. I am looking forward to the months to come as I continue my residence.

  Great location and nice amenities, but not quite worth it for the extra fees, utilities & overall price. Wish they had a shuttle to the train and also 3 bedroom options. Overall, a good place to live in Stamford.
