    Dropped into a class as was in town on a business trip, very welcoming staff and great group of students. Highly recommend checking out the gym for anyone passing through or looking to begin BJJ.

    A great place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for any level. Professor Cesar Pereira is an excellent teacher with a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail. Everyone there is friendly and always willing to help which makes it a great learning environment.

    The best place in Fairfield County to learn traditional Brazilian Jiu-jitsu from one of the best instructors. Professor Cesar Pereira Bjj is from Rio de Janeiro and studied under Master Carlson Gracie himself. It's true family atmosphere where no one is judged. I've been treated like family since day one and I love all my teammates like family too. If you want to learn a martial art that is truely gonna give you the upper hand when it comes to self defense or you just want to stay in shape then Carlson Gracie Team Stamford is the place to be. Pass by anytime and check it out for yourself!
